Photography and Filming

We may take photographs and film videos at services and events at St Luke’s Church Parkstone. Photography and filming will only be carried out by those authorised to do so by St Luke’s Church Parkstone.

For groups and activities specifically for children and young people, our parents’ consent forms and/or registration forms include a question asking parents to indicate whether or not their child or young person can be photographed or filmed. Any children or young people for whom we do not have permission will not be photographed or filmed.

All photographs and films taken for St Luke’s Church Parkstone are the property of St Luke’s Church Parkstone and will be stored in line with our Data Privacy Notice (see link above). We may use photographs and films for publicity purposes on printed materials, on our website, and on social media. It is the responsibility of St Luke’s Church Parkstone to make sure that all attendees at our services and events are aware that photography and filming may take place, by clearly displaying notices explaining this.
